This Week's "Realm of Bizarre News" Top 5 (No.166)


-Actor Patrick Stewart was stunned to spot a ghost while performing in the play, "Waiting For Godot," at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London! He espyed the apparition standing in the wings during Act One. This spirit has actually been haunting the theatre since 1879 and is believed to be that of the actor/playwright John Baldwin Blackstone, who was a friend of Charles Dickens.



-Doofus of the week: Gal at a gas station in Joliet,IL, was filling up a gas can in the passenger seat of her 1970 Chevy when she used a lighter to see how full the can was. You guessed it: the flame from the lighter ignited the gas fumes, engulfing the vehicle in flames! While the car was utterly gutted, she suffered only secondary burns.



-Bizarre medicine: Boy, 15, in Rockwood,TN, is shedding tears of blood at least 3 times daily, with each episode lasting anywhere from a few minutes to up to an hour! Thus far, doctors have been unable to determine the cause or treat it.



-Vault of Strange Deaths: A suicidal woman leapt from the 8th floor balcony of her apartment in Viladecans, Spain, landing on a 50-year-old male pedestrian below! She died instantly while he passed away shortly thereafter at a local ER.

-Beyond belief! A broom is enigmatically standing on its own in the middle of the Vintage Blu Consignment Shop in Prattville, AL. Glue and magnets have been ruled out as causes, leading parapsychologists to hypothesize that some paranormal force is responsible for this intriguing phenomenon!
